Terms of use

By using Mecha STEM (mechastem.com) you agree to the following terms.

1. Ownership

All experiments, tools, designs, software and text on the platform are owned by Mecha STEM and protected by copyright law. A subscription grants personal or school use inside the platform only and transfers no ownership.

2. Not allowed

1. Copying, downloading, saving, republishing or hosting any experiment or part of its code anywhere else.
2. Attempting to decode, modify or bypass any protection.
3. Sharing your account or password. Accounts are personal.
4. Recording experiments to make them available to non-subscribers or to sell them.
5. Using automated tools to open or download pages in bulk.

3. Protection measures

Every experiment you open carries a watermark with your name and email, and a hidden code tied to your account that lets us identify the source of any leaked copy. Two devices may be signed in at once; signing in on a third signs out the oldest. Opening an unusual number of pages within an hour suspends the account until review. Experiments need an internet connection to verify the subscription.

4. Suspension

The platform may suspend or cancel any account that breaks these terms without refund, and reserves the right to take legal action.

5. Data

We keep your name, email, country, sign-in history and page activity only to run and protect the platform, and never sell them.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated; continuing to use the platform means accepting the updated version.
